A 40 m3/hr effluent treatment plant was designed and built for Mozal in Mozambique.  The purpose of the project was to take sewage effluent and treat it to an acceptable standard for re-use as process water.  The project comprised of:

- Raw water collection and pump station at the sewage treatment plant. 

- Pipeline installation from the sewage treatment plant to the plant site inside Mozal.

- Design, construction, installation and commissioning of a fully automated and integrated filter plant consisting of 4-off pressurized sand filters and 2-off activated carbon contact vessels.

- Chlorine and pH monitoring systems were integrated into the system.
